- Facilitated weekly 14-hour Q&A Zoom sessions for the MAT117S summer class, adeptly clarifying challenging topics and addressing student queries.
- Demonstrated exceptional data management skills by overseeing and managing a designated group of MAT117 students. Tracked attendance and weekly progress, engaged proactively with students via email, and organized information in Excel sheets. Offered detailed explanations to ensure academic success.

- Shadowed five Medical Assistants, gathered data, and utilized it to create two final workflow maps using Visio. Generated documentation outlining key processes and identified areas for improvement.
- Developed a strategic plan for the implementation of Medchat, focusing on areas for improvement to enhance efficiency in their (MA) daily duties and reduce the volume of phone calls.
- Designed, edited, tested, and implemented chatbot and textbot solutions using Medchat, aimed at improving the overall patient experience.
- Downloaded specific departmental Excel data from the Medchat platform, conducted an analysis to extract information such as total messages sent per day and week, response times, completion rates for patient questions, instances of message duplication, and rates of resolved messages. These insights were instrumental in optimizing communication processes for the next pilot phase.
- Assisted in managing the Medchat platform by adding, deleting, and editing user profiles, phone numbers, and clinic information. Efficiently assigned users to specific tasks, streamlining platform administration.
Capstone Project Experience:
As part of my capstone class, I actively participated in the development of a website, gaining practical experience in utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, and Git. This hands-on project provided me with valuable insights into real-world application of my programming skills. I collaborated closely with my peers, contributing to the successful completion of the project and further enhancing my skills in web development and collaboration.
